How to Book

Step 1: Contact Us

Reach out to us via phone or by visiting contact us to check availability and discuss your event requirements.

Step 2: Visit our Hall

Visit our hall and schedule a tour of our hall to see our facilities and discuss setup options.


Step 3: Review the Contract

We will provide you with a rental contract outlining the terms and conditions.

Step 4: Make a Reservation

Submit the required documentation and deposit to secure your reservation. Afterwards, you can enjoy your event and have a remarkable experience at Leota Bettcher Hall with your guests.


Frequently Asked Questions

What are your prices to rent the hall?

You can rent the hall for the day for $250 plus a $100 refundable security deposit. Sunday rentals will be from 1 pm ET and are discounted to $175 plus a $100 refundable security deposit. Ask us about discounted rentals if you a member of Birmingham Methodist Church. 

How can I book the hall?

Booking is simple and can be done through the website by going to contact us or by booking person. You can download the contract here and mail in the contract and payment or drop it off at the church office. You may also email us the contract. Please note that your reservation is NOT fully booked until it has been paid.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, a full refund of your rental and security deposit will be mailed to you if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled event. If less than a 30 day notice is given, the security deposit will be refunded, but the rental itself is non-refundable.

Are there any restrictions on bringing in outside food and beverages?

You can bring in whatever food you wish, and are more than welcome to use our full kitchen. BECAUSE WE ARE ON CHURCH PROPERTY, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE ALLOWED IN THE HALL OR THE PARKING LOT AND SURROUNDING LAND. We ask that you respect this rule and do not rent the hall if you cannot agree to these guidelines. 

How far in advance do I need to reserve my date?

You can look at the upcoming events page on this website to see if your date has already been booked. Please note that reservations are taken on a first reserved/first paid basis.
